What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, and working collaboratively with other key members of the Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams, you will:

  • Diligently and quickly follow up with all inbound leads to answer questions and book meetings with Trakstar’s account executives.
  • Qualify prospects via phone, email, chat or discovery call to ensure a good fit.
  • Manage Trakstar’s team of inbound sales development representatives.
  • Review and maintain the inbound lead handling process documentation, making adjustments as changes occur.
  • Proactively investigate and implement changes to the inbound lead handling process to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain an active lead nurture program to increase sales opportunities.
  • Maintain administrative responsibilities for external vendors and tools as part of the inbound lead handling process.
  • Research and suggest new tools to implement to improve inbound lead conversion rates and efficiencies. 
  • Report weekly to leadership and stakeholders on target KPIs, tests, and major initiatives.
  • Maintain clean data in CRM and dashboards.
  • Train and onboard new inbound sales development representatives.

  • Understand both volume processes and uniquely personal email processes. 
  • Are obsessed with speed, accuracy, and conversion.
  • Never settle for unresponsive or unconverted leads because this gap activates your creativity. 
  • Are a visible leader that vocally collaborates with sales, marketing, and revenue team members.
  • Understand the sales funnel from top to bottom and the SDR effect on the whole.  
  • Look above and below lead conversion lines to holistically improve the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Go beyond “reporting the weather” in meetings by actively questioning and leading the organization to greater understanding.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, with emphasis in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR manager
  • Previous experience as an SDR required

Compensation:

  • $70,000 base / $17,000 annual bonus potential
