Paid Media Manager (United States Residents/Remote)

Trakstar is seeking a digital marketing manager to work closely with our marketing team to expand our demand generation efforts. In this role, you'll collect, analyze, and summarize data around our marketing campaigns, make recommendations based on data trends, and execute those plans through our paid media partner channels. You'll be responsible for managing, optimizing and maintaining all paid marketing channels for Trakstar’s SaaS platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns, including paid search, content syndication, display, re-targeting, and account-based marketing, within budget for maximum return.
  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns; audits success of paid efforts against goals (KPIs & ROIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve and develop new landing pages and content while maintaining consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Constantly evaluate and optimize spend through improvements to ads, landing pages, and user funnels to meet established KPIs and budgets.
  • Research and test new channels and vendors to expand reach and lower cost per acquisition.
  • Brainstorm and execute on new and creative growth strategies and demand generation tactics to drive more conversions.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in marketing, communications, or similar field of study
  • 3+ years of experience setting up and testing paid media campaigns
  • Advanced, working knowledge of Google Adwords and Bing Ads
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (such as HubSpot and Salesforce)
  • Experience running A/B tests and driving conversion optimization
