Trakstar is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to assume responsibility for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the inbound sales funnel.

What you’ll do:

  • Diligently and quickly follow up with all inbound leads to answer questions and book meetings with Account Executives.
  • Engage in live chat conversations from the website in real-time.
  • Make a minimum of 100 calls per week (20/day on average).
  • Qualify prospects via phone, email, chat or discovery call to ensure a good fit.
  • Manage multiple calendars to schedule meetings with Account Executives in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Use Salesforce and other departmental tools to track progress.
  • Conduct email campaigns to prospects to increase booking percentages.
  • Maintain clean Salesforce data.
  • Propose process improvements and collaborate with others to achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs.

Your qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Salesforce experience a must
  • Excel and data management skills a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Compensation:

  •  $50,000 base / $67,040 OTE with the ability to overperform (unlimited upside)
